At Iron Mountain, we value our reputation for honesty and integrity just as much as our reputation for quality service. We believe that acting with the highest ethical standards isn’t just the right thing to do— it is fundamental to the promise we make to our customers, to our investors and to each other.

The Ethics Line is a place for Iron Mountain employees to ask a question or make a report regarding Iron Mountain’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, or other legal and compliance matters. The Ethics Line is administered by our third party provider, Convercent, which helps to make sure that your comments or concerns will be heard.

The information you submit as well as your name and identity will be treated confidentially; however, your identity may need to be disclosed at a later point to the relevant people involved in any further investigation or subsequent judicial proceeding. Though we understand some reporters feel more comfortable remaining anonymous, we encourage you to identify yourself in order for us to follow up with questions we might have.

For some individuals in the European Union, in accordance with local law, the Iron Mountain Ethics Line allows you to ask questions, but limits reporting to financial, accounting and auditing matters. In addition, you may only file reports about senior employees and/or members of management. If you should have any other issues surrounding ethics or business conduct, please report them directly to your manager, local HR contact, the country manager, the VP of Privacy & Compliance or the General Counsel.

Please be aware that the information you supply about yourself, your colleagues, or any aspect of the company’s operations may result in decisions that affect others. We therefore ask you to provide only information that, to the best of your knowledge, is correct. You will not be sanctioned for submitting information in good faith even if it later turns out to be incorrect. At the same time, knowingly providing false or misleading information will not be tolerated.
